This video does have a good point. At the beggining of the video when it says that “children are fundamentally diffrent from previous generations in the ways they think,interpret,process information,communicate and interact.” is very true. Children today have so many things making it easier for the to learn and socialize with others than it also can be a problem at times. technology is so advanced that people use social networking to communicate now,rather than personally socializing with the person. In a way I think that the more advanded things become its good but can be bad, now people are just getting lazy to do anything. I mean now you have a student at school who needs to do a research paper all they have to do is post it somewhere on the internet have ppl comment on it there you go you have a paper, as to back in the day you actually had to do the reasearch you know open a book and read to get the information.
I agree with this somewhat, but at the same time I personally think it depends on the person because I’am someone I guess you can say grew up in this generation, and I perfer to learn through texts, thinking and working independentley, at the same depending on what my objective is, like to learn visually and am very proficient with multi media.
in this video it talks about how us younger people are on top of our game by how we learn and how we perfer to take in information and it compars us to you older people and how they were taught to learn by going slow and in some type of order we younger flok like all the information all at once quick and handie.
In the third part of the video it explains how the younger generation learns and how the older generation learns. It explains the the younger generation prefers to multi task and interact with others through many ways using technology. It also explains about the older generation and their old school method of learning . It just comes to show how far we as humans have come and just how far we will go.
